     A.  Election Procedures Approval:  The WNC Executive Board recommends      

          to the WNC Governing Board that the Elections Procedures be approved.

B.       Big Sunday Participation:  The WNC Executive Board recommends to the WNC Governing Board that the WNC support the Banning HS and Boys & Girls Club projects on Big Sunday.

C.       WNC Website Management:  The WNC Executive Board recommends to the WNC Governing Board that the website maintenance agreement with Kristina Smith at a rate of $300.00 per quarter be approved.

D.       CUP Permit for 1131 W. Anaheim Street.
